We just got back and already miss the most beautiful terrace in Funtana, awarded first place in the village. Paola and Valter are exceptional people, they speak Italian very well and are always available for any of our requests. The apartment is very clean, equipped for 6 people with a washing machine, iron, hairdryer and much more, even the car has its own reserved space. Very quiet area close to supermarkets, restaurants, bakeries and pizzerias. But the best fritters are prepared by Paola with good wine offered every time by Valter.

Good morning, we've been coming to Funtana for many years, often staying with the Stifanic family. They're a special family, starting with Mr. Valter and his wife, Paola. They're polite and very friendly, including their children. We've always stayed in the same apartment, always found it clean, and if we needed anything, we just had to ask, and the owners were always available. We've always liked the apartment, and it has all the amenities you need: plates, cutlery, pots and pans, a washing machine, a new iron, etc. I've also stayed in other facilities in Funtana but I always return to this wonderful family who welcomes you and makes you feel at home. Private parking is available. They always bring us fruit from their farm and have always made us fritters which we love very much. Last vacation from August 15, 2026 to August 22, 2026. The property has some positive aspects: the interior spaces are spacious, it's spotlessly clean, and there's a pleasant outdoor dining area. However, the overall experience was disappointing. Traveling with our two cats, we didn't notice that they had scratched a chair and, according to the owners, a window frame. We were charged €150 for the damage, which we duly paid via bank transfer. The Wi-Fi was practically unusable. The sofa bed was uncomfortable, the shower flooded the bathroom, and the air conditioning failed to adequately cool the entire apartment. The kitchen also had some issues, with insufficient tableware. The chairs were different from those shown in the listing photos and uncomfortable. Furthermore, the bicycle storage area was occupied by children's toys and items. Overall, our stay did not meet our expectations.

Dear Ms. Sartoni! I am sorry to have to respond to your negative review. When you booked the apartment, I asked you nicely where the cats would stay when you were out of the apartment. You replied that they would be in the bathroom, but the cats were all over the apartment alone for hours and hours. The first night you arrived, you argued with my husband and my guests who were staying in another apartment. The reason was that your alarm went off in the middle of the night in the car. I asked you to turn it off, but you said you didn't know how to turn it off and the alarm kept going off day and night. As for the WI-FI, it is very strong and the password is neatly displayed in the folder, as well as the house rules. If you didn't know how to turn it on, you should have asked. I was always available to you and asked if everything was okay, where you answered that everything was okay. The extra bed has a 5cm mattress topper. The air conditioner manages to cool a space of 50 square meters. There is enough equipment in the kitchen for 6 people and there were three of you, so you can't claim that you were lacking. Just to mention one pan that was so burnt that I had to throw it away. The evening before you left, I politely rang your doorbell to say goodbye, and your husband and son appeared at the door. I asked them if everything was okay, if there were any problems, if the cats had caused any damage. They replied that everything was okay and that there was no damage. I believed them and didn't go into the apartment to look. You didn't even deign to come up and say hello. When I entered the apartment in the morning, I was shocked. Trash was left on the table, the trash can was overflowing, the sink was full of dirty dishes. Bears slept on the beds, I had to throw away all the bedding, the carpets next to the beds, the paths in the bathroom, there was no hair anywhere that wasn't from the fridge, petals... When I started checking the furniture, I found two scratched chairs in the kitchen and one in the room, a scratched frame on the balcony door that you sprayed with some red spray where my windows were also red. As for the shower, the reason is the hair from your cats, we had to scrub it with a cable. I cleaned the apartment from 7:00-:15:00. I'm sorry that this situation came to this. I've been renting for 29 years, I've never had a negative review or complaint and if there were any, I resolved them politely with my dear gues

All recommendations for Pava apartments. I don't know what I would single out first, I'll start with the apartment which is excellently decorated and super equipped (washing machine, iron, hair dryer, toaster, cooker) you really have everything in the apartment from dishes on. The apartment is exceptionally clean, everything washed and disinfected. The star of it all is the wonderful hostess Pava! She welcomed us warmly, accessible, not intrusive. Whatever we were interested in, she was at our service, clean towels, you really don't have to worry about anything. A real vacation! I would like to take this opportunity to thank her once again, she left us with a very nice memory. PS she makes excellent fritules!
