This is not an apartment, but a very large, spacious apartment where you have absolutely everything you need for a great stay! Perfect for a family, even with three children. Perfectly clean, renovated and fully equipped apartment. Two air conditioners that maintain a comfortable temperature throughout the apartment. Parking included in the price. Very close to the beach. The hosts are extremely kind and accommodating, always ready to go the extra mile in their kindness. If I come to Gradac again, I know where I will stay. Highly recommended!

We stayed in apartman Brecic between 08.07.2026. - 17.07.2026, and we had great experience. Apartman was fully equipped, we found everything we needed for family with young children. It has nice beds, comfortable and large, and owner also provided us childs crib. There is AC in every room, it also had washing mashine in bathroom which we used. All appliances were quite new, including smart TV in living room. The owner, Zeljko was really helpful, and also helped us with baggage, as apartment is situated on second floor, with few stairs. It has also nice terrace with sitting, and also balcony with sea view. The parking included is about 50m from appartment, on the public street, which has reserved spot for appartment guests. This way it is for me benefical, because usually, all the cars in apartments are on the same entrance road, and block each other with other guests, there isnt that problem, we could have used our car without further organising cars with other guests.

The accommodation here is great. The apartment is clean, tidy and always prepared to make everyone feel at home. It is fully equipped. Nothing is missing. The hosts are very nice people. I have been here with my family for several times and I can say that we have found a second home here. We love coming back here. The surroundings are beautiful and it is also a short walk to a beautiful beach.

The location is excellent - quiet, yet close to the sea and the center. I would especially like to highlight the host - incredibly kind, hospitable and always available for any help or advice. We felt at home, which is rare and truly commendable. I've been vacationing with my family for five years in a row and I come back every year with joy! I recommend it to everyone planning a vacation in Gradac – you certainly won't regret it!
This is the second time we have stayed in the apartment with our children and we have only the best impressions. The hygiene is top notch, the kitchen is better equipped than my house, the hosts are wonderful people and we will always be happy to come back.
