Terms of payment: Advance payment: 25% of the total amount to confirm the reservation (bank payment). The rest (75%): Payment on arrival (cash or bank transfer). Note: There are no additional costs for cleaning or taxes - everything is included in the basic price. Arrival and departure time: Arrival (Check-in): Ideally from 2:00 p.m. Departure (Check-out): Please leave the apartment by 10:00 a.m. so that we can prepare it for the next guests. Flexibility: We are very open to agreement! If the apartment is not occupied immediately before or after your appointment, we will gladly allow you to enter earlier or leave later without extra charge. Residential tax is included in price.Cancellation policy (advance payment refund): We understand that plans change, that's why we offer a full refund of the advance payment for all cancellations sent at least 30 days before the planned arrival. In case of cancellation within 30 days of the appointment, we keep the advance payment as compensation for the fixed reservation. Of course, we are always ready for a human agreement in case of unforeseen situations or the possibility of transferring the advance payment to another free appointment.
