The owners are wonderful people. The apartment is equipped with everything necessary. As a family of four, we had more than enough space than we needed. Neat, beautiful terrace.

Great experience! The apartment is in a great location, in a quiet area, by the sea, but still just a few steps to the beach and the town. Adequate size for 4 people, spacious, modernly furnished, everything you need for a relaxed stay. All appliances in the apartment work (oven, outdoor mini kitchen, washing machine, air conditioning, TV, wi fi ... Everything is very clean. Change of bed linen during the stay, towels ... Parking for the car is adequate and safe. The terrace is equipped, spacious and shady. I recommend it for a stay and a nice holiday in the town of Gradac. Very friendly owners!

My husband and I had an excellent stay at Lipa Mala - perfect! So convenience to the beach, restaurants and shops. So quiet, so peaceful. For us it felt quintessential Croatia. The property was perfectly clean and had everything we required. It was beautifully decorated. We sent many of our restful hours on the terrace under the shade of the grape vine with the bougainvillea flowers brightening our day. It didn’t have a full view of the harbour but the view we did have was enough to satisfy our needs and to keep our peace and quiet in tack. Thank you Teo for your help and hospitality - 10/10!

Apartment in the very center of Gradac, modernly furnished with air conditioning, fully equipped kitchen, very clean, with a large, covered terrace. To the sea in a straight line 15 meters, to the main square in Gradac and further to the promenade 20 meters. Teo was a great, helpful host. Halfway through our stay all towels and bed linen were changed. Advice for future guests: do not trust Google navigation when you get to Gradac - Teo is the navigation. I sincerely recommend this apartment.
