After agreeing on the date, we keep the pre-reservation active for up to 3 days. During this period, it is necessary to pay an advance payment of 30% of the total accommodation amount to the IBAN account provided. Once the payment is received, the reservation is considered confirmed and permanently received. The arrival time (check-in) is after 2:00 PM, and the departure time (check-out) is until 10:00 AM. Earlier arrival or later departure can be arranged on the day or the day before arrival and depends solely on the availability of the apartment before and after the agreed date. In the case of early arrival or later departure, we can offer guests a place to leave their vehicle and luggage, the possibility of changing clothes, showering or a short break with a drink, while the apartment is being prepared for arrival. The hosts are available for agreement and adjustment within the scope of possibilities and occupancy.

In the event of a cancellation more than 60 days before the planned arrival, we will refund 50% of the advance payment to the guests. The refund will be made to the same account from which the payment was received, within a reasonable period of time after receiving the written cancellation. In the event of a cancellation within 60 days before arrival, the advance payment is generally not refunded, given the short time for re-booking the appointment. Exceptionally, in the event that the appointment is fully booked again, a partial or full refund of the advance payment is possible, depending on the circumstances and agreement. All changes and cancellations must be submitted in writing via e-mail or another agreed communication channel.

Lora Apartments offers guests a range of additional amenities and equipment included in the price of their stay, with the aim of maximum comfort and a carefree vacation. Each apartment is fully equipped and includes a coffee machine with welcome coffee, kettle, toaster, ice maker, safe, powerful hairdryer with attachments, digital scale, iron, steam iron, ironing board and cordless vacuum cleaner. Within the facility, guests have two bicycles, two SUP (stand-up paddleboards), a foldable beach cart and additional equipment for staying by the sea. We help guests organize excursions in the area, rent a boat (with or without a skipper), transfers and book restaurants. It is possible to get recommendations for beaches, walks, cycling routes and local attractions. Upon request, it is possible to provide authentic local products such as wine, olive oil, honey and figs, directly from trusted local producers. Fast and stable Starlink internet is provided for all guests, and the hosts are available throughout their stay.
