Everything as described, I sincerely recommend, very nice and friendly hosts. The apartment has 2 exits to the balcony, one from the bedroom and the other from the living room. The air conditioner is in the living room, it worked well, it cools at temperatures of 36 degrees, but we slept with the windows open. The area is very quiet, the only noise is the cars collecting garbage in the morning and the church bells. The balcony offers a beautiful view of the sea and the hill on which the church is located, nothing obscures this view. A big advantage is the spacious shower cabin. The kitchen has all the basic equipment. The only small drawback is that the ventilation grille from the bathroom overlooks the corridor leading to other apartments, but it does not interfere with anything. Everything is fine, nothing is damaged. Wi-Fi - Had some issues at times, sometimes slowed down or stopped working, but was always able to back up photos and videos overnight, but not suitable for work or streaming (Netflix, Viaplay). Parking is on the street in front of the house, narrow, standard for this part of Croatia. The beach can be reached through the hotel grounds, I especially recommend coming now when the hotels are being renovated and there are much fewer people there.

Accommodation in a quiet street, beach easily accessible. The apartments are new, modern, pleasant, and also perfectly clean. Very kind and helpful hostess. As a bonus, a fantastic view of the sea. Definitely recommend.
