The apartment has a terrace with a view of the sea and the village of Grebaštica. The beach is concrete and gravel with places in the shade of olive trees.

Apartment users pay an advance in the amount of 30% of the accommodation price, while the rest is paid upon arrival and upon agreement with the owner of the apartment. In the case of changing guests on the same day, it is recommended to arrive after 1:00 pm to avoid waiting for the arrangement and cleaning of the apartment.
