A house with three apartments is for rent in a great location, 7 m from the beach in the quiet tourist town of Šparadići. Next to the house is a large terrace with a grill and two garden tables in the shade of vines. Two apartments have their own terraces with a beautiful view of the sea, and the lower one has a fenced yard with a pavilion. The owners do not live in the house. All apartments have separate entrances, air conditioning, free parking, TV, WiFi, free sunbeds and umbrellas on the beach and terraces. The mooring for the boat is in front of the house. An ideal place for your family vacation. Welcome

There are many attractive cycling and hiking trails nearby, some of which run along the wooded hill above the house with a wonderful view of the sea. Also, from the house to the town of Grebaštica, there is a promenade along the sea in a length of about 3 km.

Fantastic house and owners!

The house is on super locaton- several meters from the sea. We were tree families-all house was ours. We had our own seaside, sunbeds, umbrellas, a big yard and with outside kitchen- all were included in these apartaments' price. Everything was clean, enough space. The owner was incredible and very helpful. He met us with welcome cold drinks, recommended places to have dinner. Before our trip he sent photos with water, beach for kids and etc. what we asked. In this place aren't any shops, but everyday there are local people, who brought bread, icecream and vegetables every morning.
