Holiday house in a quiet part of the river, in Jelenje na Grobniku, only 15 minutes from the center of the river or the sea and beaches and only 5 minutes from the racetrack and airport Grobnik and 15 minutes from Platak and ski resort. Completely newly decorated holiday home, modern, airy and easy to use. On an area of more than 250 m2 on two floors connected by an internal staircase there is everything needed to accommodate 8 people. 3 bedrooms (two with a large double bed and one with the possibility of separating two beds as needed) and a living room with a large sofa for 2 people. each room is equipped with a satellite TV while the two larger rooms are also equipped with a work desk. The house has two bathrooms, one of which is on the lower floor next to the living room, and the other in the largest master bedroom which also has a balcony. The ground floor has a spacious living room, dining room with kitchen and interior design stairs that connect the ground floor and first floor. On the basement there is a gym, toilet and billiards and bar.
