It is a 60 sq.m (about 645 sq. feet) top floor air conditioned apartment with a sea view, one bedroom, one living room, bathroom, balcony, kitchen, TV, internet and a parking space about 15 min walk from the apartment (because the apartment is located in the town center). Carpe Diem club is about a 5 min walk away (yet the noise wont keep you up at night because of the subtle difference in altitude) and so is one of the best restaurants in town, Gariful. At hand are also the Franciscan monastery which hosts numerous cultural events throughout the summer as well as a small beach.
