If you want accommodation in a house located directly in the crystal clear sea, you are in the right place. The apartments are spacious, modernly equipped and comfortable with a wonderful view and terraces located literally above the sea, and cleanliness and privacy are at a high level. I would like to point out that the villa has a spacious and safe parking lot. The villa is located in a very good location in the immediate vicinity of the center of the town of Hvar. From here you can easily tour the entire island and fill your vacation with additional activities such as tours of historical sights, museums, concerts, festivals, neighboring islands and much more. The hosts are impeccably friendly and always at the guests' service. I could write for hours about the benefits that the villa has and the impressions we took away from this vacation, but I will only state that we have booked again for next year

The apartment is excellent, modern, with everything you could need. The kitchen is fully equipped, we didn't miss anything. The sea is only a few steps away from the apartment, and there are deckchairs and an outdoor shower on the stone shore. The bay is calm and quiet, heaven on earth, with two taverns across the street. We enjoyed our stay, Sunčica is a great host. We will definitely be back. Recommendation for domestic red wine and herbal medicine.

My husband and I stayed in one of the Miličić apartments (villa Majanka) at the beginning of June 2023. Villa Majanka is right on the seashore in the bay of Pribinja. Guests have access to the beach directly in front of the house, as well as sunbeds and a shower with fresh water. The house is approached by a private road, and a spacious parking lot is available. The apartment is modern and comfortably furnished, practically newly renovated. The bathroom is new with a walk-in shower cabin. The kitchen, which also has a dining table, is equipped with a stove (gas along with an electric stove), oven, microwave, and of course a refrigerator. As for the dishes - the owners have thought of everything - from pots, pans, quality knives, ladles to citrus strainers, plates (shallow, deep, dessert), glasses, cups in three sizes... The room is equipped with a double bed, as well as a sofa bed, bedside tables, wardrobe, TV, air conditioning. The room opens onto a spacious roofed terrace, which also has an electric blind that helps in the afternoon when the sun is on that side. There is a large table on the terrace as well as two comfortable chairs and two terrace armchairs. Around the house there are several cascading terraces on which tables as well as chairs or armchairs are placed. There are brick grills around the house. The owners are the Miličić family, who are exceptional hosts - friendly, helpful and available. We wholeheartedly recommend accommodation in this villa near Miličić! A gem on the seashore!
