The house is located in the most beautiful part of the town of Hvar, Podstine bay. The cove is located in a peaceful landscape surrounded by pines and cypresses (in our cove is also the residence of the president of the republic). We are 15 minutes' walk from the city center through a beautiful part of the city (there are hotels, a central beach with a lot of different facilities, and a beautiful pine forest.) Below our house is a beach (the house is in the immediate vicinity of the sea), which can be reached through our garden. Near the house there is a nice small hotel Podstine, which offers the possibility of consuming various culinary specialties, used swimming pools, saunas...
