Villa Martin is a family house located in Ičići near Opatija with a tradition of renting rooms since 1985. In order for our guests to feel comfortable, the house and its garden are continuously renovated. Today we have five accommodation units: three rooms and two studios. The studio apartments were completely renovated in 2012. The kitchen is well equipped, the bathroom has a spacious shower and the balcony is covered. The rooms are continuously maintained. Each room has its own entrance, bathroom, balcony with awning and two rooms: the main room with a double bed and an extra room with an extra bed. As such, they are suitable for families with children. All guests can use three terraces, as well as a summer kitchen with entrance from the garden. The facility is located 5-10 minutes walk from the main beach, ACI marina, post office, shops, restaurants, travel agencies and hairdressers. The center of Opatija (approx. 5 km) can be reached on foot along the promenade along the coast, by car, bus or taxi.

All guests have a secured parking space, can use a shared garden, terraces (covered and uncovered), summer kitchen, can grill, use wireless internet, cards, etc. If you bring bicycles, boat or canoe you can wash them in the garden and arrange a reservation when booking to save. The location allows a colorful array of day trips: in the immediate vicinity are the fishing towns of Volosko, Lovran and Moscenicka draga, the city of Rijeka, the medieval towns of Veprinac and Kastav, Ucka Nature Park, and more distant islands of Krk, Cres and Veliki Losinj trails and olive oil trails.
My wife and I stayed in this apartment for 8 months and it met all our expectations and even more. Beautiful, neat and modernly furnished, it is better and more beautiful in person than in the photos. As for our hostess Suzana, we have only words of praise!!! Thank you again for everything!

Apartment recommendable for two people or 2 + 1. Big, comfortable and tidy - not expensive. Well-equipped kitchen, clean bathroom, a little small balcony. Value for money - very good. A nice base to visit the area. The proprietress is very nice and helpful - she loves animals. The only minus is the distance to the sea (about 10 minutes) - calm surroundings.
