After more than 30 years, I visited the Croatian coast again, with my wife and another couple. We were in Ivan Dolac, a nice little town, ideal for a quiet and relaxed vacation. In the evening we went to Jelsa, the Old Town and the town of Hvar. We especially liked the Old Town and the town of Hvar, especially their architecture and the preservation of old buildings. I would like to highlight the hospitality and kindness of our neighbors. And now something about our accommodation, which is why I am writing this comment. We were accommodated in the apartment "Matija" on the 1st floor, for 4 people of 50 square meters. In a word, the apartment is perfect. I don't know where to start: the apartment has 3 Mitsubishi air conditioners (one in each bedroom and one in the living room), comfortable beds, a large terrace with furniture, a large bathroom (tasty and well-made), and what can I say about the kitchen (large fridge with freezer, stove with oven and induction hob, microwave oven, coffee maker, kettle, several types of glasses, mugs, plates, pans, pots, spices, coffee, tea, aluminum foil...), perfection. In the hallway you even have a washing machine, washing powder and fabric softener, incredible. The apartments were opened in 2023 and are brand new. I would also like to point out that the apartments are done with style and taste and great care was taken in the quality of the built-in components, as well as the furniture itself. Finally, I would like to highlight and praise our host Stjepko (an old sea wolf), who was very pleasant, discreet and hospitable. We received homemade white wine from Stjepko, as well as homemade grapes from his vineyard. Thank you Stjepko for everything. I highly recommend this apartment.

What can I say but in one word, perfect. The apartment is beautiful, clean, the terrace is big enough for two. The apartment welcomed us with cold water and basic cooking supplies. The owners are kind, ready to help us find our way around the island. The beach is great, there is shade. The place is small, there is a shop, a bakery and a stand with fruit and vegetables. There is a restaurant and a cafe on the beach. Hvar is about 30 km away, Jelsa 8, Stari Grad 15. The beaches in the area are also worth seeing because one is more beautiful than the other.
