Enjoy your morning coffee or evening sunset in the apartment which has a terrace with a breathtaking view of the sea and the surrounding area, you can see the island of Ugljan, and in the distance Velebit, Ždrelac. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, small kitchen appliances - toaster, kettle, citrus juicer, bedroom with double bed, wardrobe and bedside tables and table lamp. In the living room there is a table, chairs, large LCD TV - with Max TV programs and Wi-Fi, air conditioning, sofa and bathroom with shower, safety box, bed linen, towels. Distance from the beach 3 - 5 minutes walk. The area is suitable for cycling, jogging, walking around the island - greenery surrounding the house, free private parking. I speak English and Croatian. Connection with Zadar is by boat AnaMarija, catamaran and ferry. On the island there are restaurants with top wines, delicious food, fish, meat, pizza, for gourmets ice cream and cakes, there are 3 grocery stores, souvenir shop, Emergency Medical Service, ATM, Post Office. Pets are not allowed. Smoking in the apartment is prohibited, except on the terrace. Welcome dear guests to a quiet relaxing island.

Payment of the advance payment and the total amount is made to the IBAN bank account number. When booking, an advance payment of 30% of the total price is made. The rest of the amount must be paid no later than 10 days before arrival. Arrival of guests from 3:00 p.m. Departure of guests by 10:00 a.m. The keys to the apartment are given upon arrival. I personally welcome guests and introduce them to the apartment. The accommodation is located on an island and it is necessary to use a boat or ferry to arrive. We ask guests with cars to purchase ferry tickets from Jadrolinija at least 10 days before arrival and before departure, thus securing their place on the ferry for the desired date. The port of departure is Zadar-Gaženica, and the port of arrival is Iž-Bršanj. Tickets are purchased online on the Jadrolinija website. Tourist tax is included in the price.
