Payment of the advance payment and the total amount is made to the IBAN bank account number. When booking, an advance payment of 30% of the total price is made. The rest of the amount must be paid no later than 10 days before arrival. Arrival of guests from 3:00 PM. Departure of guests by 10:00 AM. The keys to the apartment are given upon arrival. I personally welcome guests and introduce them to the apartment. The accommodation is located on an island and it is necessary to use a boat or ferry to arrive. We ask guests with cars to purchase ferry tickets from Jadrolinija at least 10 days before arrival and before departure, thus securing their place on the ferry for the desired date. The port of departure is Zadar-Gaženica, and the port of arrival is Iž-Bršanj. Tickets are purchased online on the Jadrolinija website. Tourist tax is included in the price. I send a written confirmation of the reservation (voucher). Reservations via mobile phone, WhatsApp or e-mail.
Residential tax is included in price.Reservations can be canceled free of charge up to 60 days before arrival with a 100% refund of the deposit - If the reservation is canceled from 30 to 10 days before arrival, 50% of the deposit is refunded.
