APARTMENT FOR 4 PERSONS - MAXIMUM INCLUDING CHILDREN - on the ground floor of 35m2 with its own terrace of 14m2. It consists of an apartment room (2 beds 90x200 and a sofa bed), kitchen and dining set, and a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom. STUDIO APARTMENT FOR 3 PEOPLE - MAXIMUM INCLUDING CHILDREN - on the ground floor of 32m2 with its own terrace of 10m2. It consists of an apartment room equipped with three independent beds (2 beds 90x200, sofa bed), kitchen, dining sets and bathrooms. Prices are based on min. 6 nights. In the season from 1 July to 25 August a reservation is possible which starts on the first day of the stay, which is - Saturday or Sunday. For longer stays discount. Private fenced parking inside the plot. Free WIFI Internet.

Payment and terms
The use of air conditioning is charged extra 5 € per day. The use of a common washing machine costs an extra € 4 per wash. For longer stay discount (stay 14 days - 10% discount). Pets are not accepted in the accommodation. The apartment on departure should be functional and clean as when it is taken, otherwise cleaning is charged in the amount of 40 €. The amount of advance payment for the booked term is 30% of the total amount and is paid directly to the owner's giro account after the confirmed reservation. CHECK-IN arrival on day of reservation from - 16h, CHECK OUT departure from accommodation - up to 10h.
