The price includes: bed linen, towels, final cleaning (please clean the kitchen and take out the garbage, otherwise a surcharge of 200 HRK), air conditioning 10 hours per apartment. Supplement on the spot: obligatory sojourn tax 1 € per person per day (older than 12 years), air conditioning after 10 hours - surcharge 5 HRK per hour. The reservation is confirmed by a written confirmation of the guest. Please make an advance payment of 30% of the total price of the accommodation no later than 14 days before arrival to make sure guests arrive. Arrival to the apartments is possible from 3 pm to 9 pm, and departure no later than 11 am. Of course there is also the possibility of arriving outside the scheduled time on request.
Residential tax is not included in price.If the guest does not pay the advance payment no later than 14 days before arrival, the reservation is canceled. Also, if the guest cancels the reservation within 14 days before arrival, the amount of the advance payment is retained or it is possible to change the date.
