The apartments are located on the ground floor of a private house, while the owners live on the first floor. The apartments are extremely suitable for families with small children, as the building has a large yard and mini children's facilities.

Payment and terms
When reserving an appointment, the guest/s are required to pay an advance payment in the amount of 20% of the total value of the overnight stay to the bank account that will be sent to the guest, and the rest in cash or to the account upon arrival at the facility. Keeping pets is possible but with the permission of the owner and is charged 5 euros/night. Check-in after 2:00 p.m., and check-out by 10:00 a.m.

Cancellation policy
If the guest cancels accommodation in the facility no later than 14 days before the scheduled arrival, the advance payment will be refunded.
