The sea and the beach are a 2-minute walk away. within approx. 50 to 200m there are restaurants, supermarket, coffee bar, bakery, hairdresser, tennis court, diving center, basketball and five-a-side football field, travel agency with exchange office.

This summer we stayed for about 3 weeks with several families throughout the house. It was our 1st trip to the island of Rab and we are thrilled! Marija and her family gave us a warm welcome and were always very friendly, we were happy to chat with everyone. A service even with fresh towels and bed linen. You can even use their washing machine on request. If you want, you can even rent a boat from your son Mario or let yourself be taken to small bays. The house is very well maintained and is kept clean every day. The house is tucked away at the back, but you still get the sea air. All apartments have air conditioning in the living area, for the smaller apartments the air conditioning is sufficient and top. Unfortunately, the air conditioning for the 6-person apartment on the 1st floor only cools the living room, for the bedrooms there is no longer any cool air. At the beginning of our holiday, no air conditioning was necessary, because at night cool air came into the rooms, if it didn't cool down at night, it was already very warm. Facilities in the accommodations were very good, everything was plentiful, if you needed something just ask Marija and you got it. The pool area was also very nice, but there are no shaded areas (we had brought umbrellas with us), we used the pool early in the morning or late in the afternoon. There was also a wonderful covered barbecue area, we asked Marija beforehand if it was possible to barbecue, so that everyone in the house had the opportunity to use it. A few meters to the sea, port, cafes and shops, so we could leave the car behind. It was a perfect vacation we will be back. Thanks for this nice time
