Two-room apartment in Kaštel Štafilić - BILE, size 77 m2, is located in an excellent location: approx. 3 km from the airport, 10 km from the center of Trogir, 16-20 km from the center of Solin and Split. There are several beautiful pebble and clean beaches in the vicinity, and the nearest one is about a 7-minute walk away. The apartment has its own parking for guests, and there are several supermarkets nearby. The apartment is air-conditioned and consists of a well-equipped kitchen, a large living room and a veranda, two bedrooms (one with a double bed, the other with two separate beds), a bathroom and a hallway. Unfortunately, pets are not welcome, nor are noisy parties. It is especially suitable for families with children because of the spacious living room as a place to play. The apartment has an optical, fast, internet connection and a smart TV receiver with many channels. Kaštela is a series of 7 coastal towns, and each one is attractive to guests with its history and interesting things. Along them stretches a beautiful promenade by the sea, which is full of catering options

Payment and terms

Payment model: 50% advance payment when booking the accommodation, and the rest immediately upon arrival, when picking up the keys to the apartment. Arrival: from 2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. Departure: until 10:00 a.m. All other dates only by special arrangement. Payment method: Down payment - apartment owner's transaction account Balance - cash or owner's transaction account We grant a discount for 7 nights or more. The percentage depends on the number of nights and the period of use of the reservation.
Residential tax is included in price.

Cancellation policy

FULL REFUND OF THE DEPOSIT: Within 24 hours of the reservation if the start of the reserved period is up to 15 days or it can be done 30 or more days before the start of the reserved period if the reservation was earlier REFUND OF 50% OF THE DEPOSIT: For cancellation of the reservation between 30 and 15 days to the beginning of the booked period, the guest has the right to a refund of 50% of the advance payment. NO REFUNDS: If the guest wants to cancel the reservation within 14 days before the start of the reservation, he is not entitled to a refund of the advance payment. IF THE GUEST STILL HAS TO CANCEL, and is no longer entitled to a full or 50% refund of the advance payment, he can refer one of his guests and receive the paid amount of the advance payment from him, and the new guest, under the same conditions, will pay the rest in the apartment, all in agreement with the host. Or, if he cancels 7 or more days before the reserved date, he can once again use the amount of the advance payment for another date in agreement with the host, and within one year and according to the valid price list for the new reservation date
