There are several beautiful pebble and clean beaches nearby, and the nearest one is approximately 7 minutes walk. The apartment has its own parking lot for guests, and there are several supermarkets nearby. The apartment is air-conditioned and consists of a well-equipped kitchen, large living room and veranda, two bedrooms, bathroom and hallway. Unfortunately, pets are not welcome, as are noisy parties. We have been in business for 3 years and have excellent ratings on Airbnb. It is especially suitable for families with children because of the spacious living room as a place to play. The apartment has a connection for optical, fast, internet, and a smart TV receiver with many TV channels and options. Kaštela is a series of 7 coastal towns, each of which is attractive to guests with its own history and interesting facts. The price is the same regardless of the number of guests, and the maximum number of guests is four (4), the same as the number of registered beds. The 5th guest can only be a baby sleeping with the parents or in an extra cot, and upon request. FULL REFUND OF THE DEPOSIT: For cancellation of the reservation 30 or more days before the start of the reserved period, the guest is entitled to a full refund of the advance payment. 50% REFUND OF THE DEPOSIT: For cancellation of the reservation between the 30th and 15th day before the start of the reserved period, the guest is entitled to a refund of 50% of the advance payment. NO REFUND: If the guest wants to cancel the reservation within 14 days before the start of the reservation, the guest is not entitled to a refund of the advance payment.
