Reservation and advance payment: To confirm the reservation, a deposit of 20% to 30% of the total amount is required, while the rest is paid in cash on the day of arrival. Check-in time: From 2:00 PM (please inform us in advance of your expected arrival time). Check-out time: By 10:00 AM, so that we can thoroughly clean and prepare the apartment for the next guests. House rules: We ask guests to respect the house rules, especially regarding night peace (from 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM) and careful use of air conditioning when they are not in the facility. Tourist tax is included in the accommodation price.
Residential tax is included in price.For cancellation of the reservation up to 60 days before the arrival date, the advance payment is returned in full (100% refund). In case of cancellation within 30 days before arrival, the advance payment is not returned, but we keep it as compensation for the canceled appointment.
