When booking, it is necessary to make an advance payment of 20% - 30% depending on the price of accommodation and agreement with the host. The advance payment must be paid within 48 hours, after which you will receive a confirmation of the reservation and all further instructions and information about the accommodation. The rest of the amount you pay in cash on the day of arrival at the apartment. Also, upon arrival at the apartment, the guest pays a deposit in case of damage in the amount of 50 € (in cash). In the event that the existence of damage is not determined, the owner is obliged to return the amount of the deposit to the guest on the day of check-out. Check in: 14:00 h Check out: 10:00 h

The guest can cancel free of charge up to 30 days before arrival. In that case, the entire advance payment will be refunded to the guest's account. In case of refund of the advance payment to a foreign account, the amount of the advance payment refund will be reduced by the amount of the cost of payment to the foreign account, in this case, the refund of the advance payment to the guest (the amount of money payment to a foreign account depends on has a bank account). In case of cancellation within 30 days before arrival, the full amount of the advance payment will be retained.
