Reservations are made via e-mail or mobile phone number. It is necessary to pay an advance payment of 30% of the total amount, the payment is made through a bank account within 7 days after confirmation of the reservation by the owner. The remaining part of the money is paid on the day of arrival, in cash in euros (EUR). Check-in is possible from 1:00 p.m., and check-out is until 10:00 a.m., unless otherwise agreed with the owner. The advance payment can only be refunded if the reservation is canceled no later than 30 days before the arrival date.
