Payment and terms
Reservations are made via e-mail. When making a reservation, it is necessary to pay an advance payment in the amount of 20% of the total price of the stay. The rest is paid upon arrival at the facility. Upon payment of the advance payment, the guest is sent a reservation confirmation with all the details about the accommodation. The standard arrival time at the facility is from 2:00 p.m., while the departure time is until 10:00 a.m. However, the owner of the facility will try to adapt to the guests and agree on specific arrival and departure times if possible. Upon arrival at the facility, guests will be greeted by the owner and informed about the details of the facility and the surrounding area. Guests will also be made aware of the household rules, including house rules, to ensure a comfortable and safe stay for all guests.
Residential tax is not included in price.
Cancellation policy
In case of cancellation of the reservation at least 14 days before the planned arrival, the owner of the object has the right to keep the advance payment as compensation for the loss of income. In case of extraordinary circumstances, such as natural disasters, illness or death in the family, the owner of the apartment may decide to return the advance payment to the guest, regardless of when the reservation was canceled.
