Payment of 20% advance via bank, for reservation. The rest upon arrival. Check in: 15.00 pm to 19.00 pm Check out until 10.00 am A damage deposit of 50 euros is required on arrival. Baby cot on request, extra charge 10 euros. Smoking is not allowed in the apartment (yes on the balcony). Larger parties are not allowed. Guests must not make noise between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Pets are not allowed. For stays shorter than 4 days, the price is 30% higher.
