House Kolelastra is located in the greenery on the hill above the city beach (5 minutes walk through the pine park to the beach and only 8-10 minutes walk to the Riva, i.e. to the center). Due to the favorable location, all apartments in the Kolelastra house have a wide open view of the entire bay as far as the Italian mountains, which can be seen in good weather conditions. The attached photos are authentic views from the balcony of an individual apartment and we are happy to share them with you because we ourselves are often fascinated by fiery colors or silver in front of us. The apartments are equipped with everything a person needs for a pleasant stay and vacation (from kitchen towels to freezers). The house has its own parking lot in the greenery and a water tank of 100m3, so that in case of dry weather, the guests will not in any way feel a possible reduction of water. If you want to reserve one or more apartments in our house, it is necessary to pay an advance payment of 30% of the total bill. Your reservation will be valid only after we confirm receipt of the advance payment and the finality of your reservation by e-mail. You can pay the rest of the price up to the full amount electronically immediately before arrival or in cash on the day of arrival. Entry to the apartment is possible from 15:00. Departure from the apartment is mandatory by 09:00.
Residential tax is included in price.The advance payment or deposit is a guarantee to the guest that a free, impeccably clean and tidy apartment is really waiting for him on the agreed day, and a guarantee to the apartment owner that the apartment is definitely booked. If the guest is forced to cancel the reservation, then we follow the reservation cancellation rule, depending on the date of the cancellation notice: • If we receive the reservation cancellation notice 30 or more days before the planned arrival - the guest receives a 100% refund of the advance payment or the opportunity to use it at the first next opportunity if he decides to stay with us again. • If the period is shorter than 30 days, then there is no refund of the advance payment, but we leave the guest the opportunity to use it at the first next opportunity if he decides to book a place in our house again. Very rarely and in exceptional situations it happens that a guest has to cancel a reservation for a very serious reason, in such cases, guests usually leave an advance payment for their next vacation with us.
