The holiday house Kokotova hiža is located in the small village of Klimen in Croatian Zagorje. It consists of three wooden buildings, a house of 55 m2, a gazebo of 20 m2 with a brick grill and a building with a gazebo of 20 m2. Jacuzzi for 5 to 7 people, free parking, Evo-tv, Wi-fi, children's playground, swings for adults and children, view on one side of the Ivanščica mountains and on the other of the Medvednica mountains. The fenced yard of the house is ideal for pets. Yard of 700m2. The house consists of a kitchen, bathroom and living room on the ground floor and a bedroom in the attic with three beds. In the living room there is a folding sofa for two people. In the stable there is a room for socializing and a bathroom. The house is secluded on the edge of the forest and is ideal for vacations as well as entertaining a larger group.
