Amazing apartment with great seaview. Very heartly, friendly and extremely helpful host Ante and his lovely mom. The room has everything you need; located near to the beach with pine trees and a lot of shadow - not crowded. The neighborhood was very quiet. Minimarket 6 min.. walk away.

The object description and details, location, pictures, equipment are exactly as it says on the ad. The facility is very clean and well maintained. The host, Mr. Ante is very helpful and if you need something always ready for service. We were first time and very pleased that in the year 2020 the whole family goes in three different terms. I recommend to anyone who loves peace, clean sea, neat and clean apartment and a great host.

We have been sleeping with Ante for the third time and we will certainly come. Wonderful. Clean. Super terraces overlooking the sea. All possible household appliances are provided by the owner. Air conditioning, towels, linens. They are very kind and at the service. Secure parking, beach close, peace and wonderful nature. The apartment has everything that is written on the internet on offer. So it should be in all apartments. Praise.

We have just booked a stay in Kožino near Ante. This will be his fourth stay this year. We like to come back every year here. Ante is a very friendly and friendly master. For tourists from Bohemia it is an advantage that they know well Czech. It will answer all questions and will advise you about your stay in this destination. Kožino is a small quiet village on the shore of the sea, about 6 km from Zadar. There is a shop, a few restaurants, clean sea, a pine forest by the beach, a nearby landscape with a flat landscape and bike trails suitable for cycling. The apartments are about 80 meters from the sea and have terraces with beautiful sea views, clean, well maintained. Photos of the apartments are entirely in keeping with reality. Those looking for culture or nightlife can go to nearby Zadar or Petrcane.

Kožino is still a quiet small resort about 6 km from Zadar, from which you can see the sea. We lived in a small studio with a beautiful terrace and even more beautiful sea views. The second floor is high, but the look has compensated us. Ante is a very nice homemaker who is interested in his guests and advises what is needed. As a bonus for us Czechs, it is that they know very well Czech. Everything was tuned into an orange color, in detail. We hope that Kožino will remain so quiet for a long time, with beautiful sea and close access to nearby resorts. We ride a bicycle every evening, there is a plain and bike trails, so I highly recommend. Hanka, Liberec

With a wife, we wished to spend an active vacation in a quiet place, by chance, we chose the place Kožino and thus the apartment near Ante Dujić. We are glad that we had the choice of the place and the owner of the apartment. The owner, a loving person who describes house rules, rules of behavior in the house. The whole period of our stay in Kožino friendly and helpful, and also the bicycles we had with us, we could leave safe in his private garage. A special story is the beach and the sea. The beach is one of those rare uninhabited genuine - natural beaches grown with pine trees that provide a pleasant shade, in which you can listen to singing cicatas. It's also not crowded on the beach, but the sea is crystal clear. The very position of the apartment allows for a lot of choices regarding cycling, running or a pleasant walk. This summer we were in Kožin for the second time and we will certainly come. Wonderful people, there is no crowd, everything is like old times, a wonderful apartment where we stayed, a wonderful terrace overlooking the beautiful sea, a helpful and friendly owner, all clean and ready-made parking, plenty of opportunities for walking, running, sightseeing The town of Kožina and Dikla, mostly holiday as needed. We filled the batteries for 12 days and could have been more. If you want more crowds you can go to Petrčane, Nina, Zadar, everything is very close. We recommend.

We have been in Kozino with two kids for two weeks in July 2016. It was very pleasant stay. Ante is very fine host. We were very satisfied with apartment, we have enjoyed both terraces with sea view, really nice. We have also enjoyed equipment like electric gril and toaster. Sea is near by foot and not crowded. Zadar, Nin, Petrcane, and Privlaka are near by car.

We got more than we expected. All that was offered, that's what we got. At disposal we have yet all the technical apparatus of toast, ceramic plates for furnace fish, hair dryer, water heater ..... We could take pillows and suncubran. App was clean and tidy, well maintained, the owner is very kind, for all the dispositions, services and everything else is at a high level, we would be glad to come back next year, we will make advertising more and we showed pictures of friends. Nearby is a lot of opportunities for long walks and jogging. You can swim in the crystal water. On the beach there is no crowd, it suits us, everything is still wild, not some foolishness on the beach. A cafe and restaurant Santorini, congratulations, low prices and good service. We went with the church, when they sang gangs, nice, very nice. Petrčani and Zadar and Diklo are also very close, but there are a lot of things going on, and in Kožino is peace for the soul and tijelo.A we did that and that's what we get. We were satisfied with everything, and close to the beach and the cleanliness of the beach. In short, everything is OK.

We stayed in the apartment in July 2016 for two weeks. Everything was in line with our expectations. The apartment is very comfortable, with two terraces, each with a sea view. The kitchen is equipped with all appliances. The host is polite and professionally prepared to deal with visitors. Kožino is a very good starting point - you could see many different beaches in the area and, if necessary, reach Zadar in several minute. In general, we were very pleased with our holiday.
