Villa Maribel is a fantastic place for a successful vacation. The wonderful owners, Boris and Ljiljana, have created an incredible place on earth. The apartment was spacious, and the kitchen was well-equipped, making meal preparation easy. For coffee lovers, there's a coffee machine for preparing this aromatic beverage. The apartment has two terraces. The terrace offers a stunning sea view. Guests also have access to a barbecue area in a beautiful olive grove, home to turtles. The town is quiet and peaceful, with several restaurants. It's a good place to rest and relax, and the proximity of Zadar means everyone can find the perfect activity. A concrete-and-pebble beach is just 100 meters from the apartment. Beautiful sandy beaches (Nin and Sabunike) are nearby. I'll leave the best part for last: the incredibly kind owners, with a sense of humor, were very helpful, even with advice on buying olive trees, which I brought back from my vacation. Boris and Ljiljana created a family atmosphere—for the duration of our stay, their house became our home. Wonderful hosts, a fantastic location, incredible experiences, and breathtaking views will remain in our hearts for a long time.

This was one of the best accommodations we have stayed in. The owners were very nice, caring and the welcome was divine. The accommodations were clean and modern, the kitchen was equipped. The place to stay was quiet, beautiful and the beach was not overcrowded. There are also piers nearby where children and adults can have fun. And if you have a car, or maybe a scooter, you can drive to the nearby area, where you will find other beautiful places and views. Thank you to the owners for their care and concern.

Pure relaxation at Boris and Ljiljana’s – our favorite place for years Villa Maribel is our go-to retreat when we need to unwind. Boris and Ljiljana are truly exceptional hosts—warm, attentive, and always ready to help. You can feel their care from the moment you arrive, especially when opening the fridge to find chilled drinks waiting for you. What a welcome! We’ve been coming here for many years. The location is spot on: far enough from the hustle and bustle of Zadar to relax, yet close enough to dive into the action whenever you feel like it. There’s a small supermarket nearby, and when it comes to dinner, you’re spoiled for choice. Just a short walk away are: Vila Park beer garden with hearty, delicious dishes Food House Locanda – modern and tasty Restaurant Pineta, also highly recommended From here, it’s easy to explore the surrounding region. The nearby motorway connects you to other destinations quickly—but driving the scenic coastal road is far more enjoyable! We always feel completely at home here and can wholeheartedly recommend Villa Maribel.

Very nice and comfortable apartment. Everything for living by the sea is there. In the yard there is a barbecue and firewood, a place for gatherings. To the sea 150 meters, to the beach where you can swim with small children 300 meters. The sea is very clean. In June there were few people, we felt comfortable. The owner is beyond praise - he met at the airport, drove to a large supermarket, helped with renting a car, drove to the airport upon departure. We arrived at 23.00, but in the refrigerator there was wine, milk and beer waiting for us. And also croissants, bread and sweets. So Boris did not leave us hungry, thank him for his hospitality. In the village there is a small supermarket, you can buy essentials. Within a kilometer there are 2-3 cafes with decent food. There is not much entertainment in the village, except for the Adventure Park, but we wanted a quiet, calm place to relax with children. If you have a car, everything is accessible, 5 km to Zadar and other tourist places. We liked everything!

Very nice quiet place to relax. Beautiful view of the sea or sunset from the balcony. The apartment was clean and comfortable. The owners are ready, accommodating and communicative. A few meters from the accommodation is an uninhabited beach with a gradual entry into the clear sea. We can only recommend!

The hosts Boris and Ljiljana are lovely people, very helpful and friendly. The beach is very close with crystal clear water and without crowds so perfect for anyone especially if you're looking for a quiet vacation. As for the apartment, you get a nice sea view from the balcony, it is very clean, tidy and has everything you need! Few restaurants and shops are walking distance. Good communication with Zadar. Fun fact that Luka Modric Villa is 5min walk away from the apartment! We highly recommend it for families and people who want a quiet, relaxing vacation!

Perfect Place to spend time and chill during your vacation . We have visited the place hosted by Boris and Ljiljana for several times and we love to be back there always. Located just few steps away from Kozino beach with clear crystal water make the place comfortable for summer days. Clear and perfect apartments with air condition and all you need to cook, rest and chill with family or friends. Nice and cosy garden with olive trees and lemons. Very good located for evening visits to Zadar city if you like the crowds and nightlife. Few restaurants in walking distance with variety of food and drinks. 2 convenience stores in walking distance. Definitely we recommend the place and owners, we will be back for sure not once! Enjoy your time in Kozino!
