- Check in: from 3:00 p.m. on the day of arrival / Check out: until 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure - The reservation confirmation is valid after payment of 30% of the total amount of the reservation to the account specified in the offer, and it is necessary to send a copy of the payment after which you will receive the reservation confirmation. - The rest of the amount is paid in cash on the day of arrival or to the bank account where the down payment has been paid no later than 7 days before arrival. Additional costs: - Registration: 6 Eur per person once - Final cleaning per apartment: 30 Eur

Cancellation of reservation or refund of advance payment or change of reservation must be done in writing. In the case of a fixed reservation of private accommodation, the date of receipt of the written cancellation is the basis for the calculation of cancellation costs: - For cancellation of the reservation up to 45 days before the start of using the service, 100% of the advance payment will be returned to the client, - For cancellation of the reservation from 44 to 30 days before the start of using the service, 50% of the advance payment will be returned to the client, - For cancellation of the reservation within 29 days before the start of using the service, the full amount of the advance will be charged and there will be no refund. For each canceled accommodation reservation, we charge an administrative fee of EUR 10.
