The house is located in the very center of the town, only 90 m from the sea and a beautiful promenade with numerous restaurants, cafes and other amenities. Guests can find shops, a bank, a post office, a pharmacy and the like near the house. The yard of the house is spacious where there is enough space for parking guests' cars. It is surrounded by Mediterranean plants and flowers. Guests can also use the common barbecue located behind the house. All apartments have a terrace or balcony, and some units even have two terraces or two balconies. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. From some apartments you can see the sea. Each unit has air conditioning, satellite TV, internet and a filter coffee machine.

Payment and terms
The prices shown include taxes and accessories, and the only extra cost is a cleaning fee of 30 euros. Check in - Check out 14:00 - 10:00 Check in before 14:00 is not possible, and if guests arrive before that time, they can park their car in nearby public parking lots and wait for the check in time. Check-out is until 10 am, and guests are expected to leave the apartment and remove their car from the parking lot by then. The day before, we ask guests to contact us with an estimated time of arrival so that they can arrange check-in. The advance payment for the reservation is one hundred euros, and guests pay the rest of the money upon arrival, exclusively in cash. Pets are not allowed.
Residential tax is included in price.
Cancellation policy
The advance payment is retained in full in case of no-show or cancellation at any time after payment.
