The house is located in a very attractive location in a quiet neighborhood, above the Koralj and Dražice hotels, only 200 m from the beach with a pine forest and a ten-minute walk to the city center. In the house we rent 3 apartments for 2 - 4 people and 4 rooms for 2 people. The rooms are located on the ground floor of the house. The rooms have cooling and heating, their own bathroom. Guests can use the shared kitchen, terrace and table if they wish.

- We accept reservations via e-mail. - To confirm the reservation, a deposit of 50% of the total amount via bank transfer (IBAN) is required. - After the advance payment, a copy of the payment slip must be sent. - When we receive your payment, the reservation is considered valid. - The rest of the amount is paid in cash upon arrival, after accommodation and rest from travel. - Immediately upon arrival, leave your personal documents for registration. Check-in at 15:00 and check-out by 10:00. Note: The price is increased by 30% for stays less than the planned number of nights. Tourist tax is included in the price.
Residential tax is included in price.In case of non-arrival or cancellation, the advance payment is not returned, it can be used at another time by agreement. If the guest does not arrive within 24 hours, the room is offered to another person.
