Everything is great - location, accommodation and hosts! The beach is right in front of the house and the apartment has everything you need for a pleasant stay. We stayed with children who enjoyed the beach and we parents were able to relax and rest because it is quiet and safe. The hosts are very friendly and warm people - highly recommended and we will definitely come again!

The apartment we stayed in is really great! Everything is clean, tidy and well equipped. Each apartment in the house has a beautiful view of the sea. The beach is right in front of the house, as well as a large promenade. There is also a cafe, restaurant, shop and bakery nearby. The place is really quiet and ideal for relaxing the soul and body, especially for families with children. All recommendations from us.

We were there and were a little disappointed. We didn't get the apartment they promote online. Be careful! They only sell 3 apartments online, but in reality there are at least 9 apartments. That's the first thing that bothered us. And not all guests are equal - some "anchor" themselves to a certain place (e.g. under the "canopy") and think that everything is theirs. It was said that the sun loungers are there - yes, if you choose them. Many are broken and "reserved". We really don't like this competition, who will set up the towel first, and then there is no one for half the day. I emphasize once again that there are a lot of apartments and we didn't get what we saw in the photos. We were supposed to stay in a 4+2 apartment, but there is no option for 6 people to stay here (you have to move the table in the kitchen if 4 people want to sit, so where would you put 6 of them?). The terrace is small, the parasol was lent to us by guests from another apartment. Mosquito nets and blinds destroyed, curtain in the shower. In short, misleading guests! We booked this because we really thought there were only 3 apartments and that the owners had the rest for themselves. The only advantage is that the beach is really close (in front of the house) and that it is a quiet village (but you can see Zrče across it, so you can't have the windows open in the evening because you can hear everything). We also don't like the sea here - too shallow water and mud and grass. You can't even swim normally, and when you walk on the water, all this mud rises and it's like being in a lake.

Allow us to refer to some of the statements from your review: It is true that there are more than three apartments in the building, there are no more than one of them. Well, it was never our intention to mislead guests - we try to keep all descriptions and photos up-to-date and realistic. We are sorry if the apartment you received did not meet your expectations. The apartment is designed for up to 6 people, or naturally, we understand that comfort depends on personal preferences. Deckchairs are available to all guests, but unfortunately, during the high season, some are damaged or when the guest informs us, we replace them with new ones. We try to prevent this and regularly replace damaged equipment. We are sorry if this was not resolved quickly enough during your stay. Thank you for sharing your impressions.
