The reservation is valid after the deposit is received via bank transfer. The remaining amount is payable in cash upon arrival. Check-in is possible after 15:00, and check-out is until 10:00. The price is final and there are no additional costs. After the deposit is received, you will be sent a confirmation of payment and a key code.
Residential tax is included in price.In case of cancellation of the reservation, the advance payment is fully refunded up to one month before arrival. Up to 7 days before arrival, the advance payment is refunded 50%, and after that 30%.
