Beautiful family home in the small Istrian village Presika (Labin old town) near Labin. It is surrounded by beautiful nature and silence. The house was completely renovated in 2011. On the back side of the house there is a large grassy area (about 300 m²) on which children can play and adults to relax, have fun and have a barbecue. The house has two bedrooms and a sofa bed (4 +2), bathroom, kitchen and dining room. On the front of the house is a terrace. The house is only 5-10 minutes drive from Rabac, Prtlog, Marine and flat for the most beautiful beaches in Istria. Here you can enjoy a romantic or active holiday.
