The price includes consumption of electricity, costs of final cleaning, towels, bed linen and tourist tax. Minimum stay is one week, but Saturday is the day to remove guests. The deposit for possible damages is required and is 200 €. The deposit will be refunded upon completion of your holiday. For reservation is required advance payment of 30% within 2 days after receiving our offer. After we receive your payment, we will send you e-mail a receipt and a binding booking. Upon arrival is required to pay the total outstanding amount.
