Beautiful newly built apartments are located in a small and quiet place Ljubački stanovi, located first row to the sea, near the beach and marina. Quiet village perfect for vacation, sandy beach, shallow and warm sea suitable for family vacations and small children, not far from the city of Zadar and the old town (15 km). The owners do not live in the house, the house is used only for rental purposes, so guests staying in the apartments feel as if they are in their own home. Ljubac apartments are located near the national parks Paklenica, Plitvice Lakes, Kornati and Krka. Apartment A6 1 is located on the ground floor, and apartment A5 2 on the first floor.

Payment and terms

The apartment is reserved after payment of 30% in advance of the total rental amount of the apartment to a bank account, the rest is attached upon arrival in cash. Entry into the apartment is after 12:00 h, and departure from the apartment until 09:00 h. Use of air conditioning is charged an additional 5 euros per day for guests staying less than 14 days in the apartment. Tourist tax is included in the price. We send a written confirmation (voucher).
Residential tax is included in price.

Vacation

Despite a spontaneous booking, it was a very nice and well-kept apartment for families, the area is perfect, especially for small children who can't swim yet. The owners were very accommodating and very helpful with everything. Would go back anytime

The hosts are wonderful Great accommodation. Neat, beautiful, comfortable... The beach is perfect for small children. Close to shops, cafes... No crowds... Vacation in every sense of the word... Thank you from the bottom of my heart

Perfect house/apartment in a perfect area

Excellent apartment with a lot of comfort from the rooms to the kitchen and living room. The tidiness of the apartment is commendable. The owners are wonderful people who are always at your service. We felt at home. The beach is close and what we liked the most is that it is not crowded and is suitable for smaller children. The apartment is located in a quiet place, which is another plus for us to come back next year

Fantastic !!

This is the second time we have stayed in this accommodation. The apartment is new and very clean. The landlords are incredibly nice and always try very hard to look after their guests, no matter what request we had, it was always solved immediately. That is not a matter of course! The beach is max 5 minutes walk away and more than 10 people are almost never on the beach. Perfect for toddlers as it is very flat. I am happy to give all stars here because they are more than deserved! We will definitely come back next year and are already looking forward to it

Very good stay!

The apartment is clean, well maintained and well equipped. The owners: Stipé, Kata, and Martina are very welcoming and friendly. The beach is 5 minutes walk. We had a great stay. And will surely come back next year ...
