Apartments Manuela in Ljupč are located near the center of the town, only a 5-minute walk away from shops, cafes on the coast and the most beautiful beaches. The house consists of a total of 8 apartments for rent, and the total capacity is 32 people. The parking space is protected and secured for all our guests. All apartments are fully equipped for guests, and each terrace offers a view of the sea and the entire town. The swimming pool is available to the guests every day, and there are no neighbors near the house, only peace, greenery and nature. Next to the pool there is a smaller building with a porch for resting and a barbecue area.

Payment and terms
There are also fans and air conditioners in each apartment. The air conditioner is charged according to consumption, and the amount is €0.70 for 1 kW. Half of the reservation amount is paid to the owner in cash on the day of arrival, while 50 percent of the amount is paid to the bank account within 3 working days. There is an additional charge for cleaning after guests leave, in the amount of 40/45/65 euros, depending on the size of the apartment. The ideal time of arrival is from 2 p.m., and departure from 8 a.m. to 10 a.m.
