The advance payment is 20% and it is advisable to pay it within 5 working days. The rest is paid upon arrival. The ideal time is around 1 pm, and departure is by 10 am. But it can be corrected, or agreed upon.

Nina, Martin and their parents are excellent hosts. Always ready to step in if something is needed. All apartments are well equipped, spacious, with large terraces, fast internet and air conditioning (AC). You have your own parking space in front of the house and the first restaurant or bakery is a 3-minute walk away and Paradise Beach is a 4-minute walk away. I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to relax in a positive environment. We are looking forward to the upcoming vacation...

The hosts are very pleasant and accommodating. The apartment is in a great location, neat, clean, with a well-equipped kitchen. Beach, promenade, cafes, restaurants, shops, entertainment facilities - everything is close, a few minutes' walk away. The beach is sandy, it stretches along the entire town. Lopar is a perfect place for families with children, as well as for the elderly; and for nature lovers there are nice marked paths through the forest and bays with small sandy beaches.

An ideal apartment for a vacation with a child. Communication with the owners is excellent, everything can be arranged via phone call. The apartment is very nice, comfortable and tidy. The beautiful sandy beach is a few minutes walk away. There are many facilities for children nearby, many restaurants and beach bars, a bakery, a fruit shop and a shop. We didn't even use the car because everything is within easy reach. Our experience was a clear A! Top! Highly recommended!

My partner and I were here for the first time and we were satisfied. Communication via e-mail was excellent, directions... we were welcomed by the parents of the correspondent and we have never experienced a more helpful and warm welcome. Everything was clean, parking, apartment equipped, great access to the beach. Our parents stayed behind us and they were just as enthusiastic and satisfied. Of course we will come back.

This was our first time staying in this apartment, but it certainly won't be our last, because everything was perfect. From the booking process, the instructions we received on how to get to the apartment, the warm welcome from the host, to a pleasant stay. The apartment has everything you need for a relaxing and carefree vacation, and most importantly, the apartment was clean and tidy, and the beach and other important amenities are only a five-minute walk away. In any case, we intend to stay there again.
