Payment 30% in advance to the account, the rest can be paid to the account or in cash upon arrival. Check in time from 14:00. Check out time until 10:00.
Residential tax is included in price.Cancellation and refund of advance payment is not possible. In case of medical reasons, cancellation and refund of advance payment is possible up to 10 days before arrival, with attached documentation from the hospital.

I have lived here my whole life and have been involved in tourism for as long as I can remember :) There is a free parking lot 4 minutes from the apartment, which I can show you, and secure the spot before your arrival, or another option is to buy you a parking card with which you can park anywhere you want throughout the city in the city parking lot. This parking card is charged additionally.
