The reservation is confirmed after a deposit of 30% of the total stay price is paid. The remaining amount is to be paid upon arrival at the apartment or according to prior agreement. In case of cancellation up to 14 days before arrival, the deposit will be refunded in full. For cancellations made within 14 days before arrival, the deposit is non-refundable. The ideal check-in time is from 3:00 PM, while check-out is until 10:00 AM to allow time for preparing the apartment for the next guests. If possible, earlier check-in or later check-out can be arranged in advance. Guests are kindly asked to inform us of their approximate arrival time when making the reservation to ensure a smooth arrival.
