Newly renovated apartment in the very center of Makarska. The building was built according to the highest standards, luxuriously furnished like the apartment itself! Own parking available, outdoor parking no. 6 for LPG-powered cars and two parking spaces on floor -2; No.1 and 2. The apartment is located on the 3rd floor. It is oriented south-west. It consists of a kitchen with a dining room and a living room in an open space model. The kitchen is fully equipped so that you can enjoy preparing your favorite meals in it even during your annual vacation. Spacious bathroom with walk-in shower and washing machine. Two bedrooms! The main bedroom has a 160/200 bed, while the other has two 90/200 beds. The apartment is fully equipped with bed linen, towels, kitchen towels and paper towels. Liquid soap and detergent for washing clothes, toilet paper and detergent for dishes and tablets for the dishwasher. A beautiful view from the covered terrace extends over the city of Makarska and the islands of Brac and Hvar.

In order to make a reservation, you need to pay 30% of the total amount to our bank account, the rest you pay upon arrival. Arrival time is from 2 pm and departure time is until 10 am. If we have information a few days before that the guests will leave the apartment earlier than you, we will inform you in time so that you can plan your arrival! An additional person in the accommodation is paid 20e/night per person.
Residential tax is included in price.If you cancel your reservation a month in advance, we will refund your deposit in full!
