I always try and meet my guests at the point of their arrival, regardless of the time. I am happy to take the guests to the apartment, offer explanations, advice or answer questions. If guests arrive before normal check-in time (14.00) I can take care of their luggage while exploring the city. Finally, if the guests stay for a longer period of time, I will probably take them to my favorite pub (or coffee bar). I enjoy getting to know people.
