In case of receipt of notice of cancellation by the guest, the owner applies the rule: - If the guest cancels the reservation within 7 days after payment of the advance (no later than 2 months before the stay), the guest is refunded 95% advance. - If the guest cancels his reservation no later than 2 months before the start of the stay, the guest is refunded 85% of the advance payment. If the guest cancels the reservation within 2 months before the start of the stay, the owner of the accommodation is not obliged to return the advance payment. 2. If the guest does not show up on time, he loses the right to accommodation and refund of the advance money by the end of the first day of stay (or does not inform the owner about his delay). The guest can find a replacement user for the same reservation, and must inform the owner in time. 3. If the guest leaves the accommodation unit before the agreed deadline, the owner retains the entire amount charged. 4. If the guest wants to cancel the booked accommodation, it should be done by e-mail.
