I would like to thank Mrs. Mirjana Jelas for a pleasant stay. I would wholeheartedly recommend a stay at the Jelas house. First of all, you will have a kind and cordial hostess, the peace necessary for a vacation, a bakery and a market nearby... everything is within reach of the beach, going out, walking, shopping... It's just up to you to decide to stay here and from personal experience, you will surely have an unforgettable vacation.
The stay is more than pleasant. Apartment spacious, with lots of dishes. It is located in a quiet street, not far from the beach, but away from the hustle and bustle. Mrs. Mirjana very friendly and always available for information or help. We are a family with three children and we didn’t feel anything cramped. We recommend.

For the first time we stayed at Jelas House and the impressions were more than positive. Mrs. Mira is very kind, hospitable and, above all, gives the impression that she is not only a housewife but more than that, almost as if she were a family member. The accommodation itself is very good. The facility is very neat and clean, with an extremely comfortable bed and plenty of storage space and a spacious terrace. The first beach is a short walk away. There are two bakeries nearby, as well as one larger market, and there are numerous restaurants on the promenade, which are only minutes away. The street where the property is located is quiet, with little traffic so it can rest perfectly. Makarska, as a city, is beautiful. Of course, I recommend everyone stay in Makarska, and especially in the Jelas house, where you will feel at home.
