App 2+2 is located on the first floor of a building that has a intercom and a security blind door. The guests of this apartment have the right to park in front of the apartment, which we provide to our guests in such a way that I park my vehicle until your arrival and then give you my place. In this way, you are sure that you will have free parking next to the apartment where you are staying. Parking, as well as other benefits (residential tax, free wi-fi, use of air conditioning, exchange of towels, . . . ) are included in the price of a night's stay. Payment and terms
Payment method: advance payment of 25 to 30% to the account, the rest in cash upon arrival at the apartment. Stay up to 5 nights, 50% in advance to be paid to the account, the rest in cash upon arrival at the apartment. The price of a stay of up to 4 nights is increased by 30%. If the guest pays an advance payment and wants to cancel the reservation 120 days before arrival, we return 50% of the received advance payment, after that we do not return the advance payment. If the lessor wants to cancel the reservation, and if he has a valid reason for doing so, he is obliged to inform the guest about it, and within 3 days from the day of the notification, return the entire amount of the advance payment. Arrival at the apartment after 2 pm. Departure from the apartment by 10 o'clock. If you want to enter the apartment earlier or stay longer than the scheduled arrival or departure time, and there is a possibility, an additional payment is required (20 euros per hour). There is a possibility of agreement for all of the above.
Residential tax is included in price.
Cancellation policy
