Apartments Valentin are 2 double apartments AP1 "LARGE" ( ID: 73494 ) and AP2 "SMALL" ( ID: 13633 ) with two extra beds on the GROUND FLOOR of the family house. We have been renting apartments since 2004 and hundreds of guests have stayed in our apartments - we hope they were satisfied! Each apartment has a separate entrance, parking space, air conditioning, TV in EVERY room and other equipment for a comfortable stay for two families of four. The house is located at the end of a dead end street - there is no traffic. In the yard with rich greenery there is a built-in barbecue that guests can use. The distance from the first equipped beach with showers is about 400m - about an 8-minute walk. If you like walking, you will discover various coves and beaches. Apartment reservation is made by paying approx. 20% of the total amount. Reservation payment method: BANK TRANSFER. If it is a seven-day stay, the change of guests takes place on Saturdays. When changing guests, in order to clean and prepare the apartment for new guests, it is preferable that guests leave the apartment by 9:00 a.m., and the arrival of new guests is after 2:00 p.m. For a stay of 14 days, we give a 5% discount.

The large apartment has a functional layout and is well equipped with all the amenities that ensure a comfortable stay. The refrigerator has a solidly large freezer compartment. The air conditioning is located above the entrance door and is capable of cooling all rooms, but it is usually not necessary to use it, because the apartment is located on the ground floor and is cool enough. There is a parking space at the apartment, which is located in a quiet cul-de-sac. If you rent the apartment for 2 weeks instead of one, there is a 5% discount on the price. The beach and nearby restaurants are about a 10-minute walk away. I recommend renting.

VERY COMFORTABLE APARTMENT. WE SPENT TWO WONDERFUL WEEKS HERE. DESPITE THE HEAT, THE APARTMENT IS PLEASANTLY COOL. WE LOVE THE TERRACE RENOVATION VERY MUCH. LET'S COME ON VACATION.

Very comfortable and full-equipped apartment (fully consistent with the description and even more), quite near to the beach. Very good contact with the owner who showed a lot of concern for us. Malinska is a beautiful town with clear water, numerous little beaches hidden at the nice bays - and with magnificent sunsets every night. We do recommend the apartment as well as Malinska, especially for families with children.

The apartment we were very happy. Given its small size it is extremely functional and nicely decorated, the spatial distribution is excellent. We were positively surprised by equipping: here we found everything we needed and more, like bags of ice, straws and plastic cups for children, coffee maker, additional manifolds electricity, tools, lamps, etc .. It can be seen, to g. Dubravko, who is also a very compliant, I put a lot of effort and prudence. Icing on the cake is a spacious terrace with a dining table, a low sofa and lounger. Even the location of the apartment is favorable, because it does not need further cooled with air conditioning - this is a particularly suited, because we have a small child. Because it is so reasonably equipped and comfortable to stay, we were in the apartment quickly feel at home, without anything missing. In short, we recommend without hesitation!

These apartments and their neighbors in the apartments we were this year for the thirteenth time. Willingness of owners and their willingness to be experienced - words are difficult to express. We have always been very satisfied and we are looking forward to next year. Although the apartments are right by the sea (300 m.), But they are on a dead end street, so there is peace and space for children.

The stay was very pleasant, we are very pleased with the location (a little, but all very functional, well equipped, nice and neat) and the entire summer holiday. The beaches are close to the apartment and very beautiful. To the town center and summer partying on the waterfront can be reached by walking for 25 minutes along the sea (seafront promenade ugl. With no traffic). To recommend!

That was a great stay. The apartment is exceptionally clean with all the needed equipment. The beds are comfortable and the terrace is nice to eat your meals. The apartment is small but it is perfectly enough for holidays if you come to enjoy the sea and the beach. It is also a bit outside the main part of Malinska, which is a benefit as nothing disturbs your nights which might happen in the centre. The owner and his family are very friendly and helpful. I will certainly recommend it to everyone

The apartment we were more than happy also with the equipment in the apartment. Here you find everything from needles to bats to mosquitoes .... Very nice it was posrpavljeno, cooking equipment so as to only stay very good. Position of apartment: EXCELLENT. Despite the climate, which is installed in the apartment, due to their location did not need nothing. The only thing that would have to be added, depending on the size of the terrace is what deckchair "for an afternoon nap." Otherwise, no comment! There we go.
