Apartment house Villa Futura is located a few minutes walk from the pebble beach Rova, in a quiet location, in a cul de sac. The apartment is 100 m2 in size and has three bedrooms (double), two bathrooms (one with shower and one with bathtub). The kitchen is connected to the dining room and living room and balcony. Next to the house is a larger covered parking lot and a smaller pool with sun loungers. Next to the pool is an outdoor charcoal grill. In the garden there is a playground for children.

Payment and terms
The price includes the use of air conditioning (which are in all rooms and are regulated separately), electric Weber grill, WiFI, satellite TV, bed linen, towels, parking (1) and final cleaning. On the last day of the holiday, it is desirable for guests to leave the apartment by 10 am, and the arrival of new guests is from 3 pm onwards. It is possible and different if there are possibilities and on the basis of a previous agreement.

Cancellation policy
Three weeks before the start of your vacation, you will receive an email with information on the payment of 30% of the value of the reservation to the company's account. If you pay within 3 working days, the reservation is confirmed. Pay the rest to the company's account upon arrival. If you wish to cancel your reservation after payment, the advance payment will not be refunded.
